Constitution of the Yahad Novil Association

This association is based on positive social principles, including humanity, cooperation, solidarity, and unity, symbolized by the principle "Brothers are like a structure that supports each other." This association exists without any political biases or inclinations, and its goal is to operate and persist as a unified body towards a better present and future.

The association is established according to this constitution, which represents all affiliated with it, including directors, members, and individuals. The association is characterized by five core principles that support ideas and actions, branching out into positive contributions and development. The core principles are:

– Citizen Security and Safety: Ensuring the well-being and protection of individuals.
– Beneficial Impact on Society: Improving concepts positively and utilizing them based on awareness and understanding.
– Education: Including various branches and activities aimed at fostering collaboration between different sectors of society.
– Economic Independence: Promoting the financial self-sufficiency of the community.
– Housing Assurance: Ensuring stable and suitable living conditions.

Membership Systems and Conditions:

– Constructive Dialogue: Engage in meaningful discussions on matters related to the association.
– Commitment to Community Norms: Adhere to the dress codes accepted by the religious and physical community to avoid attracting undue attention.
– Respect for Ideas: Consider and respect ideas before accepting them.
– Supervision of Meetings: Young men and women should not be alone together in what is referred to as a meeting/course, etc. A suitable number of people must be present to manage such activities.
– Punctuality: Adhere to schedules for meetings, events, and courses.

– Membership Fee: Each member of the "Together We Lead" Association is required to pay a fixed monthly fee of 30 shekels (standing order). Payment can be made through the link provided.

– Sacred Constitution: The constitution is sacred to the association, and adherence to its content ensures we remain united towards success.
